Fiberglass anchor series (FRP) is made of high quality pultrusion resin, alkali-free glass fiber yarn and other auxiliary materials. It’s a new kind of all thread reinforcement product.
Feature:
1. Easily cutting and no damage to coal mining head.
2. High strength, high torque, well fatigue resistance, energy saving and environmental protection.
3. Steady elasticity modulus and stable size under thermal stress, inflaming retarding, antistatic, no spark when cutting, safety in operation. It’s suitable for roadway safety construction.
4. Fiberglass anchor bolt is light. Its weight is only a quarter of rebar with the same specifications.
5. It is easier for construction and can reduce workers’ labor intensity.
6. Coefficient of thermal expansion is closer to cement than steel. The binding force of fiberglass anchor bar and cement or capsule resin is larger.
7. Fiberglass anchor bolt has high corrosion resistance quality. It can be used in low PH ground conditions.
Application: coal mine roadway, mining exploitation, temporary support, subway tunnel, slope supporting, rock supporting, port of foundation pit, seawall damming.
